Presently, our organization employs more than 50 seasoned Dispatchers who are organized into smaller teams. Each mini-team is overseen by a designated Team Leader who is responsible for coordinating, directing, and fostering the growth of team members. This operational framework enables them to work collaboratively as a team, ensuring prompt responses to individual client requests and maintaining high standards in dispatching services.

Our dispatchers undergo specialized training, complete examinations, and are thereafter authorized to commence their duties under the guidance of our seasoned mentors. Many of our dispatchers possess extensive professional experience within the logistics sector of the United States.
